Connect Attentive.com SMS to LiveHelpNow

What you need:

•  An Attentive.com account with two-way SMS, and admin access to it.
• At least one SMS number provisioned in LiveHelpNow — required to reply. Replies go out from your
  LiveHelpNow number, not your Attentive number.

Step 1 — Set up the webhook in Attentive

1. In the App Marketplace, choose Create App.
2. Open the app's Webhooks tab, switch on Event Webhook Status, and select Universal webhook.
3. Set the HTTP Post URL to: https://webhooks.livehelpnow.net/attentive/sms/9XgweR8M2RkBgR39VFQp
4. Subscribe to the event: sms.inbound_message.
5. Copy the Signing key Attentive shows (it's usually shown only once).

Step 2 — Send us these details

1. Your Attentive number (short code, toll-free, or 10-digit).
2. Your Signing key (from Step 1).
3. The department these SMS chats should go to.

Once we have these three items, your Attentive SMS will start arriving in LiveHelpNow.

Notes

• No SMS number in LiveHelpNow Messages still arrive as chats, but agents can't reply by SMS. Add a
  number under Integrations → SMS.
• Can't find sms.inbound_message in Attentive? Ask your Attentive representative to enable two-way SMS for your account
